Most of the corporate photography we do requires a custom quote due to the unique nature of each project, yet there are some instances where a business or individual is simply looking for a standard headshot, group portrait or hourly event coverage. Below you will find our rates for common corporate photography services. Please contact us to book your session or event coverage (availability varies depending on lead time). For most corporate environmental portraits and headshot sessions, we photograph 2-3 individuals per hour.
When estimating your commercial (food & product) project, using 5-10 products per hour should be used as a baseline.
Headshot Session - STARTING @ $299
Photographed on location (either on a black, grey, or white seamless canvas backdrop, or the client's outdoor or indoor location of choice).
- One person.
- Up to 1 hour of shooting.
- Multiple looks/outfit changes as time allows.
- Professional retouching and editing provided to all delivered photos (flyaway hairs removed, natural complexion perfecting, and other retouching).
- Online digital proof gallery sent to client within 48 hours of session.
- Client may choose up to 15 final photos to be edited and delivered via high resolution online gallery and available for download.
* For in-studio session, additional studio fees are applicable.
Group & headshot session - Starting @ $699
Photographed on location (outdoor or indoor location of client's choice).
- One photographer and Assistant.
- Up to 4 hour of shooting.
- Perfect for groups of 3-20.
- Multiple locations/looks as time allows.
- On location review of photos as they are taken
- Professional retouching and editing provided to all delivered photos (flyaway hairs removed, natural complexion perfecting, visual distractions removed).
- Online digital proof gallery sent to client within 48 hours of session. Client may choose 3-5 final photos (per person) to be edited and delivered via high resolution online gallery and available for download.

ACTOR portrait session - Starting @ $599
Photographed on location or in studio
- One photographer & Assistant.
- Up to 2 hours of shooting.
- Multiple looks/outfit changes as time allows.
- On location review of photos as they are taken
- Professional retouching and editing provided to all delivered photos (flyaway hairs removed, natural complexion perfecting, and other retouching as requested by client).
- Online digital proof gallery sent to client within 48 hours of session. Client may choose unlimited number of final photos. Those selected will be edited and delivered via high resolution online gallery and available for download.
